About The Position

As an MS Support Analyst II at Knight Office Solutions, you will be an integral part of our Managed Services team, providing exceptional technical support and customer service. This role is designed for a technical whiz who is passionate about helping others and thrives in a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through various channels, including email and phone, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and resolving client issues both remotely and onsite, ensuring that our clients remain operational and satisfied with our services. In this position, you will install and configure PC, server, network, and backup disaster recovery (BDR) hardware and software. You will play a key role in project completion and client transitions, working closely with your team to tackle complex technical problems. Additionally, you will be expected to handle on-call duties as needed, addressing after-hours tickets and supporting backup solutions. Your ability to analyze networks and solve problems will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
