Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience working with adults with mental health challenges
At least 21 years of age, current driver’s license, and acceptable driving record to be covered by company insurance

Responsibilities

Helps lead recreational, social, and cultural activities
Encourages participation and can facilitate other activities as needed for residents who aren’t participating in the planned activities
Support residents in their recovery plans and goals
Fill in for our Lodge Advisors as needed
Provides support in crisis management
Completing documentation
Assists with procedures such as urine drug screens, breathalyzer, and medication administration
Transports and accompanies residents on community-based trips, outings, reactional, social, and cultural activities
