The global Information Technology (IT) Function is leading efforts to align IT and Business Strategy, leverage IT investments, and optimize end to end business processes and associated information integration technologies. This position will leverage Microsoft's Power Platform technologies, Microsoft 365 suite and web development to create, automate, and integrate business solutions for the cable manufacturing facilities. They will act as a bridge between business needs and IT capabilities, driving digital transformation by innovating processes, improving productivity, and enabling rapid solution development—all while adhering to governance and security best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent business experience.
• 3+ years of combined experience in web development, Microsoft Power Platforms and Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.).
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of data security and compliance principles.
• Experience with modern programming languages (Python, C#, VB.NET).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration across departments.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code development practices and agile methodologies.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning and digital innovation.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Manufacturing Executive Systems (MES).
• Design experience creating basic web front ends that are easy for end users.
• Leveraging data to power AI/ML solutions in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications for in-house business solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify workflow inefficiencies and propose technical solutions that improve business processes.
• Automate repetitive tasks and integrate data across Microsoft 365 and other business systems.
• Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide actionable insights for teams and management.
• Document processes, create user guides, and provide training or support to end-users regarding new tools and applications.
• Stay current with Microsoft product updates and best practices to continuously enhance existing solutions.
