About The Position

Gore Middle/High School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to provide instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with students, parents, and staff
• Provide direct instruction in both inclusion and resource settings
• Modify and adapt curriculum and instruction to meet the needs of students with disabilities
• Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities
• Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal special education regulations
