About The Position
The Investment Banking Division (IBD) is actively seeking highly motivated professionals with strong analytical skills, commitment, and motivation to work hard, strong ability to perform well under pressure, and interest in learning the business. The Morgan Stanley Experienced Professionals Program (MSEPP) is designed to recruit professionals with diverse backgrounds and experiences, with or without a background in finance and to develop their banking skillsets through training and the apprenticeship model. This is a program with an emphasis on attracting populations who have experienced barriers to entry in the finance industry, including first-generation college students, people from economically disadvantaged backgrounds and others who can bring a unique and authentic perspective to Morgan Stanley as a result of their life experiences.
