About The Position
Morgan Stanley's Institutional Equity Division (IED) provides sales, trading and market making services, is actively seeking highly motivated individuals with strong analytical skills and a passion for the financial markets. The Morgan Stanley Experienced Professionals Program (MSEPP) is designed to recruit professionals with diverse backgrounds and experiences, with or without a background in finance and to develop their banking skillsets through training and the apprenticeship model. This is a program with an emphasis on attracting populations who have experienced barriers to entry in the finance industry, including first-generation college students, people from economically disadvantaged backgrounds and others who can bring a unique and authentic perspective to Morgan Stanley as a result of their life experiences.
