About The Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior MS Dynamics 365 Developer with extensive experience in designing, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver robust solutions in both online and on-premises environments.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of professional experience in MS Dynamics CRM development and customization.
  • Strong technical skills in MS Dynamics 365 and earlier versions (online & on-premises).
  • Expertise in security model design, customizations, and CRM administration.
  • Proficiency in C#.NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, and developer toolkit.
  • Experience with SSRS, SSIS, and SQL Server development.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services, Power Apps, Power Automate, and PCF controls.
  • Knowledge of DevOps pipeline setup for CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement security models and out-of-the-box configurations for MS Dynamics 365.
  • Develop and customize Workflows, Business Rules, Plugins, Forms, and perform CRM Administration.
  • Hands-on development using C#.NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, and MSD Developer Toolkit.
  • Design and develop SQL Server components, including SSRS and SSIS for data-tier services.
  • Implement console jobs, JavaScripts, and plugins for CRM customization.
  • Integrate MS CRM with third-party systems using Middleware tools (KingswaySoft), APIs, REST/OData, Web APIs, and SSIS packages.
  • Utilize Azure services (Azure Functions, Service Bus) for integrations and work with PCF controls, Power Apps, and Power Automate for upstream/downstream system integrations.
  • Set up and manage DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms using standard DevOps tools.
  • Collaborate with business teams to clarify requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
  • Handle analysis, coding, testing, and quality processes for assigned tasks.
  • Evaluate alternative approaches and recommend best-fit solutions.
