For this position, we are seeking a talented individual to join AIS as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer. Core Knowledge & Skills: Designs complex network and hybrid‑cloud solutions; implements security controls, DR/BCP, and automated IaC with deployment pipelines; performs advanced performance tuning. Work & Complexity: Solves complex issues, designs and delivers new infrastructure solutions, performs capacity planning, and leads advanced automation initiatives. Quality & Independence: Drives root‑cause analysis, enforces best practices and QA on changes, optimizes for reliability and user experience; operates with high autonomy. Project Summary AIS is seeking a mid-level Microsoft 365 Operations and Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day health, performance, and administration of the Microsoft 365 environment. This role is responsible for operational support, incident response, service request fulfillment, routine maintenance, and technical troubleshooting across core M365 services. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms and can work effectively within established operational processes, security controls, and service management frameworks.
