About The Position
The Master Resilience Trainer / Performance Expert (MRT-PE) at Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is responsible for providing instruction in resilience, positive psychology, and performance enhancement to U.S. Army and Department of Defense personnel, their families, and Department of the Army civilians. This role involves teaching mental skills and techniques that foster emotional strength and high performance in demanding environments, particularly in military contexts. MRT-PEs are expected to conduct both group and individual training sessions, develop tailored educational programs, and support the transition of Wounded Warriors back to their units or civilian life.
