We are seeking a motivated and organized MRO Store Associate to manage our Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) storeroom. In this hands-on role, you will be the go-to person for our internal teams, ensuring they have the parts, tools, and supplies needed to keep our facility in top shape. Requirements
- Experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or inventory role.
- A customer-first mindset and great communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to obtain and maintain PIV (forklift, high lift) certifications.
- Basic computer proficiency in inventory and shipping systems.
- Physical ability to handle the demands of a warehouse environment (lifting, standing, moving).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our internal teams, providing excellent customer service while distributing parts, tools, and supplies.
- Manage the full inventory lifecycle, including receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate records in our system.
- Handle all shipping and receiving duties, from unloading trucks and inspecting shipments to packaging items and creating shipping labels.
- Process tool loans, fill parts orders, and manage back-ordered items efficiently.
- Ensure the MRO Store is safe, clean, and organized at all times.
