Reporting to the MRO National Sales Manager, the Regional Sales Specialist is responsible for delivering results by driving growth through strategic collaboration with Grainger's sales teams in the south-central region, including covering TX, KS, OK, MO, AR, LA, MS, and AL. The primary responsibility includes execution of Armstrong's sales strategy by building strong, trust-based relationships with Sales Leadership and Account Managers, conducting on-site assessments, presenting Armstrong's value in district meetings and attending customer meetings both in person and virtually. This role is ideal for a customer-obsessed sales specialist with deep MRO industry knowledge, a strong understanding of Grainger's go-to-market strategy, and a passion for enabling distributor success.
