Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Completed technical/commercial studies with business knowledge or completed commercial training
  • Advanced Microsoft Office
  • SAP skills , MRP knowledge / experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree In Logistics / Master’s degree
  • Experience in Automotive Industry (2 years), Manufacturing Industry (5 years)
  • High level of problem-solving skills, assertiveness and resilience
  • Occasional willingness to travel

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize sourcing strategies for MRO materials and services, balancing global and local options.
  • Conduct market research and evaluate suppliers, technologies, and trends to identify potential partners and risks.
  • Issue RFQs, analyze bids, and select vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
  • Perform supplier assessments, manage risk profiles, and negotiate favorable contractual terms.
  • Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and follow up on delays, ensuring timely receipt of materials.
  • Support suppliers by addressing issues, claims, and coordinating returns or refunds as needed.
  • Establish, administer, and maintain vendor contracts and documentation in systems like SharePoint.
  • Review invoices for accuracy, facilitate payments, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
