You are responsible for your customer base and coordinate both customer and supplier concerns. Your main objectives include maintaining relationships with our customers, suppliers, and international locations through written and verbal exchanges, growing and maintaining the customer base by securing orders through excellent customer service, and building and developing customer relationships at different levels. You will work closely together across interfaces in a respectful manner, respond to all customer concerns in a timely manner, and ensure that the daily business runs smoothly. Your confident appearance and decision-making skills will make you a competent and skilled negotiator at all levels. You will actively work towards reaching company goals, achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, know the customer KPIs, and guarantee their achievement while resolving issues in a timely manner.
