The MR Technologist I will assist physicians in the performance of diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures by preparing the patient and safely operating the MR equipment in order to obtain diagnostic scans. Requirements

• 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred.
• Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program or MR Program, required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in MR, preferred.
• NH Medical Center-Certified and registered by ARRT in MR - RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR) within 6 months of hire, required.
• NH Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility - Certified and Registered within 6 months of hire in ARRT RT(R)(MR), required.
• Hospital Outpatient Department-Certified and registered by ARRT in MR - RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR), required.
• IV Credentialed, required.
• Applicable state license, required.

Nice To Haves

• Thorough knowledge of MRI imaging equipment.
• Analytical ability and basic computer skills.
• Ability to interpret information to identify each patient's requirements for care relative to his/her age-specific needs.
• Good communication skills.
