About The Position

We are hiring an MRI Technologist in Panama City, FL. This role performs advanced MRI imaging studies to support diagnosis and treatment while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The hospital is a 238-bed accredited facility offering cardiac, orthopedic, women’s services, pediatric emergency care, robotic surgery, and the region’s only Level III NICU and Pediatric ICU.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent required.
• Florida State Radiologic Technician license.
• ARRT (R) and (MR) certifications required.
• BLS certification required.
• At least 1 year of MRI technologist experience required; 3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI imaging including head, spine, MSK, body, and vascular.
• Operate MRI equipment and process studies in PACS.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and ALARA standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff for accurate interpretation.
• Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients.
