About The Position
Per diem - shifts vary JOB TITLE: Magnetic Resonance ( MR) Technologist MISSION STATEMENT: We, St Joseph's Health and Trinity Health, serve together in the spirit of the Gospel as a compassionate and transforming healing presence within our communities. POSITION SUMMARY: Performs MRI procedures. Adheres to MRI safety for patients and staff within MRI zones 1 through 4. Provides patient services using Magnetic diagnostic imaging.
Requirements
- License to practice Radiologic Technology from NYS Department of Health with a current registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- MR registry is required within two years of employment.
- An injection license is also a requirement.
Nice To Haves
- Experience preferable, however we will train a new graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program.
- GE experience is highly recommended.
