About The Position

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team. The MRI Technologist is responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and accuracy throughout the imaging process. This role requires strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and MRI concepts, as well as proficiency with PACS and EMR systems. Shift: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM On-Call: As needed (Call-back: 2-hour minimum, paid at time and a half)

Requirements

• Associate Degree or equivalent in Radiologic Technology.
• 1+ year of MRI technologist experience required (3+ years preferred).
• ARRT (R) and ARRT (MR) certifications required.
• Florida Registered Radiologic Technologist license required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures in compliance with physician orders and departmental protocols.
• Operate MRI equipment safely and ensure adherence to all safety guidelines.
• Acquire high-quality diagnostic images with attention to anatomical detail.
• Review patient history and clarify clinical details with providers.
• Accurately document and manage data in PACS and EMR systems.
• Provide excellent communication and compassionate care to patients.
• Maintain cleanliness, readiness, and proper function of MRI suite and equipment.
