About The Position

MRI Technologist - New Outpatient Imaging Center | Bluffton, SC (Near Hilton Head Island) Start Date: March/April 2026 Schedule: Full-Time (8:00 AM-4:30 PM, Monday-Friday) with flexible scheduling and potential weekend/evening coverage Responsibilities Perform MRI scans accurately and efficiently, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Collect and review patient data, verify physician orders, and select optimal scanning parameters. Screen patients for contraindications and prepare them for procedures, including positioning and immobilization. Administer contrast agents per regulations and monitor patient status throughout the exam. Review images for diagnostic quality, document all data accurately, and archive images per guidelines. Maintain workflow efficiency, equipment readiness, and compliance with MedQuest policies and regulatory standards. Deliver exceptional patient care and clear instructions; uphold best customer service practices. Participate in quality assurance, continuing education, and cross-training for additional modalities. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program ARRT registered with advanced registry in MRI Must complete required CEU's in a timely manner to ensure Certification remains active Active state licensure, where applicable CPR Certification is required Prior Experience: 0+ years of experience as a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist, required 2+ years of experience as an MRI Technologist, preferred Special Qualifications: IV skills required Knowledge of MRI procedures and standards Demonstrate adequate knowledge of anatomy Skill in operation of MRI equipment Customer service background and focus Company Message About MedQuest Imaging Founded in 1996, MedQuest is one of the most experienced outpatient imaging providers in the United States. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
ARRT registered with advanced registry in MRI
Must complete required CEU's in a timely manner to ensure Certification remains active
Active state licensure, where applicable
CPR Certification is required
