Requirements

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and MR physics
• Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology program
• NY State License (Required)
• ARRT (MRI) Certification (Required)
• BCLS Certification (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 2 years of MRI experience

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures and position patients for optimal imaging
• Review safety screenings and educate patients
• Ensure accurate image quality, labeling, and PACS submission
• Document studies and maintain records in RIS
• Maintain MRI equipment, room cleanliness, and safety standards
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and physician support
• Follow infection control and regulatory guidelines
