About The Position

Performs a variety of technical procedures that required independent judgment, conducts and performs MRI examinations, and assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as described or required. The incumbent is required to work as a CT Tech when needed, and will be paid their primary "MRI" rate when asked to perform CT scans. Requirements

  • Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology training program
  • Washington Radiologic Technologist
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • National Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging --or-- National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists Within 1 year of hire
  • 2 years of experience as a radiologic technologist, with at least one-year experience in an MRI department preferred

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of experience in a CT Scan or MRI department
