About The Position

$20,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires who meet required qualifications and conditions for payment This posting is for multiple full time openings at St Peter's Hospital Olympia, WA This position is responsible for MRI technologist duties at PSPH. Responsibilities include performing MRI procedures, (setting up, scanning and filming). The position also is responsible for communication with radiologists and other physicians, patients and their families, and other persons. Additional responsibilities include performing contrast injections, performing quality control and reporting tasks, maintaining day-to-day schedules, and assisting radiologist. Requirements

  • Coursework/Training: 2 years community college/vocational training in an accredited Radiological technologist program. Or Equivalent of 2 years community college/vocational training in an accredited Radiological technologist program.
  • Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • Within 1 year of hire National Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging Or Within 1 year of hire National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years Sub-specialty MRI, Scanning, or Imaging experience.
