About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MRI Technologist to join our advanced diagnostic imaging team. In this role, you will perform MRI procedures using cutting-edge equipment to deliver high-quality diagnostic images. You'll also ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process, while working collaboratively within a modern and well-supported radiology department.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent in Radiologic Technology
- 1+ year of MRI technologist experience required (3+ years preferred)
- ARRT (R) and ARRT (MR)
- Florida Registered Radiologic Technologist license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI procedures following established clinical protocols
- Operate MRI equipment safely and effectively, adhering to all safety guidelines
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images with strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy
- Review patient histories and verify clinical indications with providers
- Accurately document procedures in PACS and EMR systems
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients during exams
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of MRI suite and equipment
