About The Position
MRI Technologist Per Diem Rotating Position Summary Under minimal supervision, performs complex diagnostic Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) procedures, as requested by a licensed physician. Produces high quality diagnostic images while providing excellent patient care. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program.
- â¯ARMRIT or ARRT (MR) and/or ARRT (R) and documentation of MRI training.
- Must obtain MRI Registry credential (ARRT or ARMRIT) within 1 year of hire.
- â¯AHA BLS.
- â¯State license if required

- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years
- â¯ARMRIT or ARRT (MR) Credential.
Responsibilities
- Produces high quality images in a safe and efficient manner.
- Completes required exams
- Sends studies to reading station for radiologist review
- Completes all associated documentation.
