About The Position
MRI Technologist at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro in San Pedro, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 80-hour, Variable shifts. Additionally, our Rehab Center is nationally ranked by UDSMR and accredited by CARF for outstanding rehabilitation programs. Under general direction performs a variety of magnetic resonance procedures at a skilled technical level requiring the ability to apply MRI physics for diagnosis. Performs related work as required. Requirements
- National Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging upon hire.
- Or National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- California Radiologic Technologist License (CRT) upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- Associate's Degree in Radiological Technology or equivalent educ/experience Approved A.M.A. program.
- Coursework/Training: MRI Certification or equivalent educ/experience
Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of magnetic resonance procedures at a skilled technical level requiring the ability to apply MRI physics for diagnosis.
- Performs related work as required.
