What Success Looks Like In your first 90 days, you will: Independently perform routine MRI exams with confidence and accuracy Produce high-quality images that meet radiologist expectations with minimal repeats Deliver a calm, supportive patient experience during every exam Adapt to workflows within a brand-new, state-of-the-art imaging center Integrate into a collaborative, fast-paced outpatient imaging team Success in this role looks like: patients feel comfortable and informed, and radiologists trust your imaging without hesitation.
