About The Position

Baptist Health is looking to add an MRI Technologist at Baptist Medical Center, Jacksonville, to join our Float Team! This is a Full-Time, various shifts opportunity. This position will be based at various Baptist Health locations. This MRI Technologist must be comfortable working at up to 3 campuses. The Float team at Baptist Health is a dynamic team of professionals making an impact in the world of imaging. Requirements

• MRI experience required (2-3 years)
• Customer Service Experience
• Experience in the Radiology Department
• Experience working in a hospital setting
• Eligible candidates must not have been employed with Baptist Health within the last 12 months.
• American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) Required Or
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Required
• Registered Technologist in Radiography ARRT (R) Required Or
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) Required Or
• Registered Technologist in Magnetic Resonance Imaging ARRT (MR) Required Or
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR) Required
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist Required Or
• Licensed Technologist in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Required Or

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years Experience in Radiology Department
• MRI Technologist Experience
• Experience working in a hospital setting
• Customer Service Experience

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MRI procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Administer medications as prescribed by licensed practitioners.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide optimal patient care.
• Participate in continuing education and training programs.
