About The Position

MRI TECHNOLOGIST WANTED - FOR WEEKEND COVERAGE - Experienced MRI Technologist 8 hours every Saturday . Additional hours may be available to cover for vacations. This role is requires weekend availability -- SATURDAY DAYS -- and willingness to cover Holidays and Call rotation. Candidates with ARRT certification and with 1 year of experience are urged to apply. Our ideal candidate will have 3 years of MRI experience with an ultrasound or CT Scan background. Requirements

Minimum Experience: one year
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
Radiographer
HS Graduate or Equivalent

Nice To Haves

3 years experience in MRI
background in ultrasound or CT scan

Responsibilities

Provides optimum patient care.
Demonstrates knowledge and technical expertise to safely & correctly operate MRI equipment.
Performs and records # for daily QA.
Develops skills to practice in a safe, clinical environment.
Develops skills in Contrast Administration.
Demonstrates self direction and utilizes problem solving techniques.
Cross trained in another modality.
Maintains technical competency in the following less frequent order procedure (2 or more years experience).
Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position.
Performs other duties as assigned.
