About The Position

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at a Short Term Acute Care Hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and maintaining high-quality imaging standards. This position involves travel and typically includes assignments lasting 13 weeks.

Requirements

• Valid MRI Technologist certification.
• Experience in magnetic resonance imaging.
• Strong understanding of MRI safety protocols.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous travel experience as an MRI Technologist.
• Additional certifications in imaging modalities.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans on patients as per physician's orders.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Maintain and operate MRI equipment.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Review images for quality and completeness.
• Document patient information and imaging results.
