As an MRI Technologist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety and delivering high-quality magnetic resonance studies, whether on-site or remotely. Your responsibilities will include effective communication with radiologists, team members, patients, and customers, particularly in a mobile environment. You will also be tasked with training and orienting new technologists, Patient Coordinators, and MR Technologist Assistants as needed. Your specific duties will encompass a range of responsibilities, including pre-screening patients for contraindications, employing aseptic injection techniques, and overseeing remote MR Technologist Assistants when required. You will be responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images and may need to operate multiple MR systems. Additionally, you will demonstrate strong communication skills to address concerns, solve problems, and manage conflicts effectively. Training and orienting new staff members, both on-site and remotely, will also be part of your role, along with other duties as assigned. This position requires a commitment to patient safety and the ability to work in various locations, ensuring that all procedures are conducted with the utmost care and professionalism.
