About The Position

UConn Health Imaging is seeking an MRI Technologist to join our patient-focused team! We’re excited to expand our weekend hours and welcome more Technologists on board. The position is part-time, with a schedule on weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM, located at our outpatient imaging center in Farmington, CT. We offer competitive base pay, shift differential pay for weekend shifts, 401(k) company matching program, and no on-call or holidays. Requirements

• Must have a minimum associate's degree in Radiology or be a graduate of an accredited two-year radiology program.
• Must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography and maintain current valid registration from ARRT.
• Must hold a MR advanced registration through ARRT or must obtain it within their first 12 months of employment.
• Must meet the state licensure requirement for the state in which they practice.
• BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.
