About The Position

Are you an experienced MRI Technologist looking for a unique opportunity to take your skills on the road? WakeMed is launching a brand-new Mobile MRI Team, and we’re looking for passionate professionals to help us deliver high-quality imaging care across our community. As part of this dynamic team, you’ll operate our WakeMed-owned mobile MRI unit, traveling locally to support multiple outpatient sites and Healthplex locations - RMP, Garner, Brier Creek, Wendell, Apex. You’ll perform a wide range of exams including brain, spine, MSK, abdomen, pelvis, and breast imaging — all under the direct order of a physician and in alignment with our standard operating procedures. Requirements

Registered Technologist in Radiography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging
OR Registered Technologist in Nuclear Medicine Technology and Magnetic Resonance Imaging
OR Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist and Magnetic Resonance Imaging
Accredited Program Radiologic Technology Required - Or Accredited Program Nuclear Medicine Required
1 Year Clinical - Radiology Preferred
