We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist Lead to guide day-to-day operations in a high-performing, patient-centered environment. Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology
- ARRT (MRI) certification
- 1–3 years of related experience in MRI

- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Comfortable with leading in a fast-paced yet structured setting
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI exams and assess each patient’s readiness and safety, including screening for contraindications.
- Supervise daily operations of the MRI unit, including technologist scheduling, imaging protocols, and equipment quality control.
- Train, onboard, and mentor MRI staff; coordinate workflow to maximize efficiency and care quality.
- Collaborate with radiologists to maintain and enhance imaging protocols.
- Monitor supply inventory, manage capital equipment needs, and oversee compliance with regulatory standards such as Joint Commission and Radiation Safety.
- Lead departmental quality improvement and safety initiatives.
- Support a professional, patient-focused atmosphere in alignment with NEBH’s values.
