Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an MRI accredited school or a graduate of an accredited radiology School.
• If the individual has FL Certified Radiologic Technologist (General Radiographer qualifications) license, ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification is required within 1 year of hire.
• If the individual does not have FL Certified Radiologic Technologist (General Radiographer qualifications) license, ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct themselves in a professional manner under the direction of the Manager and in association with the radiologists.
• Respond to patient needs and support colleagues and associates in providing quality patient care.
• Perform services in accordance to an accepted standard of practice.
• Work independently in the MRI department.
