About The Position
POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Imaging Services, the MRI Technologist provides magnetic resonance imaging care to patients of all ages for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders. Performs other duties as required.
Requirements
- Certification in Radiologic Technology by the State of California
- Registered by American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (preferred)
- MRI Board Certified or Board eligible. Must obtain MRI license within 18 months of assuming position
- X-ray & MRI EXPERIENCE: 3-5 YEARS
- Analytical and grammatical skills are necessary to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English
- Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position
