Get to Know Your Team: Hillcrest Hospital Claremore offers a variety of services for all ages and in a location convenient for Claremore, Oklahoma residents. The hospital is 49-bed acute care medical center, offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including maternity, cardiology, emergency, orthopedics, alcohol withdrawal stabilization, gastroenterology and surgery. Operate all routine radiographic equipment safely and proficiently to ensure high-quality imaging services. Ensure excellence in imaging quality and patient positioning to consistently achieve outstanding scan results. Coordinate patient prepping and scanning to maximize smooth patient flow. Must be able to start an IV line to administer contrast fluid. Demonstrate knowledge of contrast media injections and reactions. Communicate with compassion, providing clear explanations of MRI procedures while attentively observing patients to ensure their safety and comfort throughout the imaging process. Evaluate MR images for technical quality, exposure, and transmit to PACS.

Requirements

  • Technical or Associate's radiography degree
  • Must be registered or registry eligible with the ARRT If registry eligible upon hire, you must become registered within one year of employment
  • Active BLS certification

Nice To Haves

  • 1-year of MRI Tech experience
  • Advanced certification in MRI
