We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate MRI Technologist to join our imaging team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-centered environment and is committed to excellence in diagnostic imaging.

Requirements

• Education: Associate's degree or equivalent certificate in Radiography or MRI.
• Certification: ARRT MRI registration and current CPR certification required.
• Experience: 1-2 years of MRI experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, MRI equipment, and sterile techniques. Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanners to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Communicate clearly with patients, explaining procedures and ensuring their physical and psychological comfort.
• Select and adjust imaging protocols based on diagnosis and patient condition.
• Start IVs and administer contrast media safely, following ACR guidelines.
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions promptly.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely imaging.
• Train and orient new staff, students, and job shadows.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation processes.
