About The Position
As an MRI Tech at Turlock Imaging Services, you will play a crucial role in producing detailed tissue images that are essential for medical diagnosis. This position involves performing a variety of magnetic resonance imaging procedures, which require a high level of technical skill and attention to detail. You will be responsible for explaining the imaging procedures to patients, ensuring they are comfortable and informed throughout the process. Additionally, you will assist the radiologist in administering medications as needed during the imaging procedures. This role is vital in providing accurate and timely imaging services that contribute to patient care and treatment planning. The position is full-time, and you will be expected to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of imaging quality and patient safety. You will also be required to comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding mandatory vaccinations for healthcare workers. This includes providing proof of vaccination or obtaining an exemption if applicable. Regular testing may be required for those with exemptions, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and patients. Your expertise in MRI technology will be complemented by your ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, making you an integral part of the healthcare team at Turlock Imaging Services. The hourly wage for this position ranges from $45.00 to $55.00, depending on your qualifications and experience, reflecting the value placed on skilled professionals in this field.
