About The Position

As an MRF Supervisor with us the minimum responsibilities are: • Monitor daily operations, adjust staffing, and reassign employees as needed. • Develop and execute safety goals to keep our team and community safe. • Review and resolve customer concerns related to post-collection programs. • Lead performance reviews and coaching conversations. • Set short- and long-term goals for transfer stations and execute action plans. • Take on additional responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Willingness to relocate for promotional opportunities based on performance.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a dynamic, people-driven environment.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge with conveyors and bearings
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and business systems.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements
