Requirements

• BS/BA in a related discipline, or advanced degree preferred, or a graduate from a certified Radiologic Technology program.
• Registered and/or licensed in clinical modality required.
• Typically 3+ years of successful experience in a related field with demonstrated key responsibilities and knowledge.
• Teaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and virtual education to customers regarding Siemens imaging systems, software features, functionalities, and workflows.
• Facilitate the design and development of educational content for both internal and external Siemens partners.
• Evaluate education needs of customers and create training plans with materials, tutorials, and learning resources.
• Develop virtual education programs for customers and employees in collaboration with the Education Development Specialist.
• Communicate regularly with the virtual delivery team and Education Development Specialist on training materials being developed.
• Participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to gather information for future training programs.
• Assist in creating training content for the training and development website and e-learning tools.
• Follow branding and formatting guidelines for content development.
• Maintain a database of all training materials and consult with other trainers and leadership to ensure training sessions meet business needs.
