General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. This position is responsible for management of various operational proposal and project efforts in support of MQ-1C P&L operations. Facilitates MQ-1C proposal preparation by providing as needed support to various P&L Program Managers and other support staff. The candidate serves as the liaison between Program Management, the project team, planning, and line management to support effective information exchange and communication. Continually reviews project status and budget performance and provides as needed updates to PM; manages schedules and develops appropriate reports to document progress of the project. Assesses project issues and develops solutions to meet program and customer goals and objectives. Participates in the development of mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project management, line management, and the customer.
