The Maintenance Process Improvement (MPI) Practitioner role assesses, trains, coaches, implements, and ensures sustainability of Maintenance Process Improvement in the primary areas of Work Management and Planning/Scheduling, as well as the secondary areas of MRO (i.e. maintenance, repair and operations) and Warehousing at specifically-assigned, critical ADM plants. This role works directly with the Plant Reliability Technology teams, Business Unit Reliability teams, and various site personnel. The person in this role is a leader in implementation, sustainability and continuous improvement. The MPI Practitioner will need to be able to quickly assess a maintenance organization and work management processes to determine gaps and the actions needed to close those gaps. The MPI Practitioner may also be required to participate in ADM Task Force initiatives and ADM SWAT Team initiatives, which are highly-focused MPI execution initiatives. These initiatives will require the ability to be flexible, adaptable, and to be able to change course rapidly from the regular duties. The Task Force and SWAT Team initiatives are short duration and quick response in nature.
