MP&P Engineer Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is seeking a motivated collaborative experienced or senior M&P (Materials and Processes) Equipment Engineer to join our Advanced Composite Engineering Team in Mesa, Arizona. Validates contractual performance milestones, maintains configuration control, conducts reviews, prepares plans for production readiness, preventative maintenance, and spares Coordinate all necessary resources to troubleshoot equipment failures to find root cause, define and implement the solution. Design, execute, and analyze experiments to screen and optimize equipment to drive continuous improvement, high uptime and process reliability, efforts. Lead communications with other equipment maintenance team members and equipment users. Work with outside vendors for specialist advice and arrange for service support where necessary. Manage and steer all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs. Coordinate with other disciplines such as Design Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, and Procurement Travel to suppliers as needed This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. Final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.
