Boeing Research & Technology is seeking a Manufacturing Research and Development Engineer to support the Berkeley, Missouri facility. We are looking for a broad range of experience, including Entry, Associate or Mid-Level Engineers. This position supports the Boeing Defense, Space & Security division through the application of engineering principles for the design, fabrication, and installation of equipment and processes. Boeing Research & Technology engineers work closely with production operations, finance, and equipment suppliers to provide cost effective solutions to improve the capacity, quality, and safety of Boeing's operations. Learn from experienced mentors to support design & fabrication of composite and metal parts on our current or future aircraft. Write equipment specifications and coordinate with technicians and senior engineers throughout. Analyze production processes to sort through complex challenges and diagnose the root cause of problems, and then be the one to develop and implement the solution.
