About The Position

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for knowing proper operation of equipment.

2. Ensure proper packaging materials are being used and packaging of product
is neat and correct, i.e., install sheet in place between sections, etc.

3. Responsible for packaging sections produced by the line and maintaining
efficient line flow.

4. Responsible for quality of products being packaged.

5. Responsible for general housekeeping of work area.

6. Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

2. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

3. Must be able to follow a run sheet

4. Ability to read a tape measure

5. Must have basic computer skills

Physical Requirements:

1. Standing/Walking: Job requires standing throughout the entire shift.
Short distance walking of 5-50 feet on a continuous basis during the shift,
depending upon the position assigned.

2. Lifting/ Carrying: Job requires lifting and stacking of banded door
panels to various levels. Maximum required individual lifting limit is
forty-five (45 pounds). Must be able safely work with another team member to
carry or lift door panels in excess of forty-five pounds. Frequency of lifting
and carrying is job task dependent.

3. Pushing and Pulling: Pushing of carts is required. Occasional pulling to
steer the cart is required A force of 50lbs is required to move a loaded cart.
Pushing forces required in excess of 50 lbs requires two persons.
