About The Position

The Mowing Team Equipment Operator will maintain the grounds of golf courses by performing some or all of the following duties.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Ability to report for daily work at different job sites within the region to perform required tasks
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Regular exposure to outside environment including rain, cold, sun, or night
  • Repetitive movement- standing, walking, twisting, turning, bending, squatting, stooping, sitting
  • Work in/or about situations near direct automotive traffic
  • Work near or about natural bodies of water
  • Ability to work in extreme conditions - temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods

Responsibilities

  • Mow turf areas using various-sized power mowers
  • Operate a towed-behind gas-powered blower
  • Pick up leaves, trash, and cut grass and place onto a truck or trailer
