About The Position

Inch & Co. Outdoor is seeking an experienced and motivated Mowing Foreman to lead a lawn maintenance crew. This position is responsible for overseeing daily mowing operations, ensuring high-quality results, and maintaining efficiency and safety on all job sites.

Requirements

• Prior experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping required
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of mowing practices and equipment operation
• Ability to lead a team and maintain productivity
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Ability to operate trucks and trailers (required)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a mowing crew on a daily basis
• Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing for residential and commercial properties
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations
• Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and equipment use
• Operate and maintain mowing equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs
• Manage job site schedules and ensure timely completion of work
• Communicate effectively with management and clients as needed
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies at all times
