About The Position
Green Garden Landscaping is hiring a Mow Crew Lead to run one of our mow teams this season. You'll be behind the wheel, setting the pace, and leading your crew through up to 25 accounts per day across the Seattle area. The work is fast-paced, physical, and rewarding, but this role is more than just mowing. You're the one keeping the crew focused, the day on track, and the quality dialed in. You're someone who leads by example and takes ownership of the work.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Leadership ability
- Strong work ethic
- Strong sense of urgency
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors all day
- Reliable transportation to our shop
Nice To Haves
- Landscaping experience preferred but we'll train the right person
Responsibilities
- Lead a mow crew through a full daily route of residential and commercial properties
- Drive the truck safely between job sites
- Mow, trim, edge, and blow alongside your crew
- Train and direct crew members on technique, efficiency, and quality standards
- Ensure every property meets Green Garden's standard before leaving the site
- Communicate with management on job progress, client concerns, and equipment needs
- Keep equipment organized and report maintenance issues
