About The Position

What does a Moving Supervisor with Paul Davis do? Lead a team of hardworking individuals serving others within your community Make a difference for others that have had a disaster strike their property Take pride when your team completes projects with an exceptional customer experience Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities): Foster an environment of collaboration and teamwork within the division and company. Self-managing and time management skills. Ensure pictures, item inventory, and supplies list are obtained. Job schedule management and coordination. Collaborating with the Contents Coordinator. Deliver thorough, proactive & direct communication with internal staff, customers, and insurance adjusters. Meet homeowners and adjusters on-site to assist in issue resolution and provide a professional opinion. Ensure proper moving to prevent damages to any personal property or the job site. Issue resolution - be the point of contact for customers if they have any questions and/or concerns and resolve those in an effective and timely manner. Maintain clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks. Manage projects and existing crew. Supervise pack-outs/pack-backs and inventory/evaluation of items. Warehouse organization. This position may assist on demo jobs, if needed. This position will require lifting.
