About The Position
Blue United Sourcing is seeking multiple Movers to join our team beginning in Spring and Summer with the goal of building a strong, long-term crew. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role where you’ll be part of a 3-person team completing multiple moves per day. If you enjoy staying active, working with a team, and interacting with customers, this is a great opportunity with room to grow into leadership.
Requirements
- Experience with physical labor (moving, construction, warehouse, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Ability to perform physically demanding work daily
- Reliable transportation to/from the warehouse
- Must be 18+
Responsibilities
- Provide a positive, professional experience for customers
- Load, unload, and transport furniture and household goods safely
- Wrap, pack, and protect items to prevent damage
- Work with a crew to complete multiple jobs per day
- Follow direction from Team Leads and support daily logistics
- Maintain equipment and ensure trucks are properly stocked
