About The Position
Trend Moving & Storage is seeking athletic and motivated individuals to join our dynamic moving team as Professional Movers. Our team is composed of many former collegiate and professional athletes, which reflects our commitment to maintaining a physically active and engaged workforce. As a mover, you will be responsible for packing and moving both household and commercial items, ensuring that each move is executed smoothly and efficiently. You will work directly with customers, providing friendly and attentive service to meet their specific needs during the moving process. Every day presents new challenges and opportunities, making this role both exciting and rewarding. In addition to the physical aspects of the job, we emphasize the importance of teamwork and a positive attitude. Our movers are expected to collaborate effectively with their teammates, demonstrating a willingness to assist others and contribute to a cohesive work environment. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will be handling valuable items and ensuring they are transported safely. We offer competitive pay rates, with local moving crew members earning between $18 and $21 per hour, while experienced moving crew leaders can earn between $22 and $27 per hour. We also provide opportunities for growth and advancement within the company, as we have seen significant expansion in recent years. For those interested in long-distance moving, we offer the chance to travel across the country, providing a unique opportunity to explore new places while earning competitive pay. Our long-distance movers receive additional bonuses, as well as meal and hotel allowances during their travels.
